Park West Village...Two Years Later

Architectural Polymers' Park West Village Tilt-up Project in Morrisville NC will soon be celebrating its second year since opening. The first-phase  was completed in the fall of 2011. Ideally situated at the heart of one of the most desirable locations in the country, Park West Village is a new 100-acre mixed-use development that includes a town center district, a community center with sought-after major retail anchors, upscale casual restaurants and a movie theater, all of which will be mixed with residential, office and hospitality. 
 
The Tilt-up Concrete Wall Panel System featured as many as 7 colors of Endicott Thin Brick arranged in a variety of fields and patterns. The Versa-brix S Single-use Form Liner System assisted in an easy installation that was required for the setup of such a large project.

Many of our HIPS and ABS Single-use Textured Form Liner patterns are ideal for Tilt-up Construction.
